BE Present

Greetings Everyone,

Life presents many challenges and responsibilities, and we adhere to the ever-calling list of necessities to meet the demands of daily living. In the name of "getting it all done," we neglect ourselves and continue in the "grind" of life. Day by day, we work to keep things together, meeting the needs of others, and each day, we move further away from the internal voice summoning us to take care of ourselves—the voice that tells us to pause, slow down, rest, and be present!

There is something wonderful about enjoying the simple things in life. When was the last time that you noticed the sound of the birds singing or the fantastic smell of fresh flowers? Perhaps for you, it was the feelings of thankfulness for a trial the Lord has brought you through or experiencing the fulfillment of a long-awaited dream. In this season of your life, take time to be present. Don't allow the demands of life to take away life's simple pleasures. The Lord wants you to enjoy every aspect of your life with Him.

Psalm 46:10 (AMPC)

Let be and be still and know (recognize and understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth!

Psalm 118:24 (CEV)

This day belongs to the Lord! Let's celebrate and be glad today.

THROUGH GOD’S GRACE.
